Frank Luca

As President of One on One Basketball RI, Frank Luca has been involved with basketball as a player and coach for 34 years. He conducts after school basketball programs for hundreds of students in 75 local elementary and middle schools each year. He also directs approximately 20 camps each summer and coached at LaSalle Academy, Scituate and Smithfield High School.
