Spark Lemonade Stand (K-4)

Let's sell lemonade! Young students become "lemonade entrepreneurs" and learn how to make yummy lemonade and earn money selling it!  From designing marketing flyers to estimating profits to experimenting with recipes, students have fun while developing business savvy. As an optional showcase event, students launch their lemonade stand to raise

money for a charity they select!

Acting Camp

Join Studio Playground at Moses Brown School for a one-day acting camp! Students learn fundamental acting tools, play movement and improvisation games, and create and perform their own original show - all in one day! Studio Playground teaches classes for all ages based in clown and physical acting including weekly classes in Providence and our annual summer camp in Lincoln Woods State Park. We invite students to come as they are, play ferociously, and celebrate! This camp is intended for students of all abilities and levels of experience.

Indoor Soccer Camp

All skill levels are welcome at indoor soccer camp! New to soccer? Been playing for years? Join us for a day of fun and skill building with Middle School Soccer Coach Johnny Viera.

Finance Camp (3rd-6th)

Learn how to manage your money in this program promoting essential life skills! Set your financial goals, develop a budget from scratch, shop for a credit card and calculate the monthly cost of your dream car. Students also learn about mortgages, FICO scores, taxes and the dangers of piling up debt. Through simulations and hands-on activities, participants gain

confidence to explore financial decisions they will have to make in the future.

Animal Aviation Antics

Adopt a stuffed animal from Professor Gizmo’s Workshop and design their aviation wardrobe! A flying helmet, a scarf? Bat wings? A tutu? Build your own plane out of recycled parts, and send your new friend on their first test flight down our zip-line, and then end the day modeling your fashion creations on our fashion show runway! Each camper will bring home their stuffy, wardrobe and aviation creations.

Basketball

Join us for a fun day of Basketball run by One-on-One Basketball! All skill levels are welcome.  Our goal is helping your children become better basketball players while having an enjoyable experience.

Young Debaters (3rd-6th)

Students learn the art of persuasion and help select debate topics they find interesting. In a public forum debate format, students work in groups and practice their debating skills in a supportive environment, including developing arguments, issuing rebuttals, providing examples, rebuilding their case and summarizing points of view. Young debaters learn to think

on their feet and enhance their public-speaking skills, gaining self confidence in the process.

Chess Camp

Moses Brown School is proud to offer our students the magic and joy of chess instruction from Chess Master Connections (CMC). CMC programs are dynamic, thoughtful and FUN! Learn life skills of winning and losing well, creating a plan and following it, and focusing on you and your opponent’s actions and the importance of creativity all masterfully imparted throughout their instruction.

My First Piggybank (K-3)

Earn, save, spend, donate! Let's learn about money! This innovative program provides a solid foundation on financial literacy for kids in a fun setting. Games and hands-on activities help students internalize key concepts (like money, budgeting and saving) in an engaging and supportive environment fostering teamwork. Students use their arts & crafts skills to make their own piggy banks!

Professor Gizmo’s Pinball Machine

Build your own tabletop Pinball Machine, complete with lights, curved bumpers, obstacles, score cups, and a bell! Paint the frame, add your lights and bling, and you’re ready to rack up some points!
