Counselor in Training Program

​Our Counselor in Training (CIT) Program welcomes rising 9th graders to participate in a summer of fun and learning!​ CITs will learn from experienced staff how to be future counselors, providing a summer of fun for campers. ​CITs will spend time in all three divisions of RISE, will meet on a regular basis with the Directors of the divisions, and with Allie Spurling, the director of the CIT program.

The cost to participate in the CIT program for summer 2026 is $200. After being accepted into the program you will receive further instructions to finalize your commitment.
