Track and Field

Give your child an exciting summer opportunity to develop fundamental athletic skills! Our Track & Field Summer Camp is designed to be a dynamic and engaging environment where young athletes can truly thrive.

Led by our team of enthusiastic, energetic, and enabling coaches, your child will learn the proper techniques for a wide variety of track and field events.

We aim to do more than just teach skills. Our camp's goal is to foster a genuine love for the sport, significantly improve athletic ability, and help every camper build confidence. This camp offers a rewarding experience for all skill levels, from beginners to experienced young competitors.

What Campers Will Learn:
We provide comprehensive instruction across all three core disciplines:
Running: Focus on sprinting technique and endurance running strategies.
Jumping: Master the basics of the long jump, high jump, and triple jump.
Throwing: Learn the proper form for the shot put and javelin (all activities use equipment specially chosen to be safe and age-appropriate).
