Italian Cooking Camp (June 15th, no camp June 19th)- $424
Savor the flavors of Italy at our Italian Cooking Camp, where young chefs will embark on a delicious culinary adventure. Students will dive into the heart of Italian gastronomy, mastering fundamental techniques as they create classic dishes like fresh pasta, authentic pizza, and decadent tiramisu, along with many other regional specialties. More than just a cooking class, the camp explores the rich cultural history and diverse regional differences that define Italian cuisine. Each day, students will bring their delicious, handcrafted creations home to share and enjoy with family and friends.
The Chef's Challenge (Aug 10)- $530
Elevate your cooking game by stepping into The Chef's Challenge, a camp designed around high-stakes, small-group competitions. This camp transforms the kitchen into a creative arena where students work in small teams to tackle daily culinary challenges. Each day brings a new theme—like a "Breakfast Battle" or a "Green Ingredient Gauntlet"—and a mystery box of ingredients, pushing young chefs to think on their feet, collaborate, and innovate. Students will rapidly build essential cooking techniques while developing teamwork, problem-solving skills, and creativity under pressure. Get ready for a thrilling week of freindly competition focused on skill development and producing creative dishes.
Campers must have a willingness to follow detailed instructions, have some prior "knife" skills, willing to rotate roles (including dishwashing), willing to collaborate with others.
