Architecture Camp
Ages 9-14
Full Day (8:30 a.m.-3:00 p.m.): $500
Weeks: July 27th

Design the future at the Architecture Camp, tailored for aspiring architects ages 9-14! This intensive program offers a hands-on journey into the world of architecture, starting with an exploration of diverse architectural case studies. Students will develop fundamental skills in visual communication through lessons in sketching and drafting techniques, which they will then translate into modern practice using 2D and 3D design software. The curriculum extends beyond the classroom with architectural walking tours of historic Providence, examining local styles, and includes exclusive sessions on the Moses Brown campus. Here, students will gain real-world insights by walking the campus and interacting with professional architects from leading Providence and Boston design firms, providing a unique opportunity to understand the design process from concept to construction.
