Extended Day and Lunch

Extended Day:

Morning drop-off available starting at 7:30 a.m. – $48 weekly
Afternoon care available until 5:30 p.m. – $69 weekly
*If you sign up for both morning and afternoon care for the same week the cost is $110.

Pre-registration is required and fees will be billed through your on-line account. Extended day is a weekly service and we do not pro-rate for unused days including illness, absence, or change in plans. Because of planning and staffing complexities, we cannot refund for extended day services.


Lunch:
Full day campers should bring lunch from home or purchase our fresh, wholesome and delicious lunch option. Lunches are nut free and we offer limited vegetarian options. (Preschool does not participate in our lunch program)

Weekly lunch option $40 per week. Campers must pre-register for lunch during the registration process or email mbplusoffice@mosesbrown.org with at least five days notice. All meals are prepared by Moses Brown’s food service provider – Sage Dining Services. Due to planning complexities, we cannot pro-rate for unused days including illness, absence, or change in plans.

MB Camps follow the Moses Brown “Nut Aware” Policy. This means that we will not at any time serve food with peanuts or tree nuts. With this in mind, we ask that our campers and staff do NOT PACK PEANUT BUTTER OR ANY NUT PRODUCTS in their lunches or snacks.

Sage Dining Services, is a nationally recognized company that provides dining services to numerous independent schools and colleges around the country, Sage is committed to providing food that is wholesome, nourishing, and delicious. Sage’s meals are made from scratch with high quality ingredients, and Sage places a major emphasis on local sourcing and environmental sustainability.
